Podcasts introducing Mindfulnes-Based Cognitive Therapy
I came across this series of podcasts shortly after they first were released in 2011. I remember I was about to get on the ferry to the North Island of New Zealand and I wanted some audio files to which I could listen while riding the ferry. I had already finished my Master of Counselling degree and had been meditating about eight years. As I listened to this podcast, I began to see new connections. The resource below is the first podcast in that series, where depression is introduced.
